Description
The gargantuan creature split its mouth open, revealing a nest of glistening tentacles that fell out of the monsters throat. A single thought emanated from the creature, Betrayer. then the creature turned towards Kronos, sending its tentacles shooting towards him. Before Kronos could react Kraken leapt into the tentacles path, and they coiled around his body, yanking him off his feet. As he was dragged towards the monster Kraken looked at the collection of Kaiju, and a low voice came from his speakers, “Help me!”
The shock of hearing Kraken speak jolted everyone out of their stunned stupor, and the with a collective roar Kronos’ band charged. Kronos scooped Carrie up and flung her to the airborne Ghi-Darah, who caught the squirming monster and dropped her onto the monstrosity’s back. Twiggawatt galloped towards the creature and smashed into it, knocking it to the ground. For a moment the tentacles wrapped around Kraken went limp, giving him enough time to get to his feet and get a firm grip on the tentacles still wrapped around his torso.
Ghi-Darah and Kronos rushed towards the fallen monster, and together with Carrie and Twiggawatt trampled, slashed, and pummeled Apocalypse’s new champion. The massive creature bellowed in agony and crumpled into the sand, and for a brief moment Kronos thought they were victorious.
Then the tentacles wrapped around Kraken tightened, and swung him around like a wrecking ball into his companions. Kraken’s weight floored the other monsters, and Apocalypse’s champion rose back up. Wrapping his hands around the prone Twiggawatt’s neck it hoisted him into the air and pummeled him with Kraken’s body. It then grabbed the unconscious titan with both arms and smashed him into Ghi-Darah, trapping the dragon beneath Twiggawatt’s massive form. Kronos looked up at the still thrashing Kraken. Kraken looked at Kronos with panic and said again “Help me!”
Kronos painfully pulled himself to his feet and felt something brushing against his leg. He looked down and saw Carrie flaring her feathers and squawking towards their foe. Thinking fast Kronos once again scooped up the smaller Kaiju and hurled it towards Kraken. With a single swipe of her razor sharp claws Carrie severed the monster’s tentacles, freeing Kraken. He fell to the ground, and slowly pulled himself to his feet.
The monstrosity roared in pain as black blood gushed from the severed stumps of its tentacles. It floated away from the group and to Kronos’ surprise started eating. Its jaws stretched wide, it inhaled a steady stream of sand and whatever else happened to be in its path. While Carrie flapped over to help Ghi-Darah wake up Twiggawatt Kronos sprinted over to Kraken. He helped his injured monster to his feet and asked, “Are you alright Kraken?” but there was no response.
Kraken looked over Kronos’ shoulder and pushed him out of the way. Once again tentacles wrapped around Kraken’s body, but this time he was ready for them. Kraken held firm and began a fierce game of tug of war with the monster. Kronos looked at the monster, who was now inhaling chunks of rubble from the destroyed Kiliaak ships. As it ingested more material its wounds began to heal, and more tentacles snaked towards Kraken. Kronos intercepted the tentacles and flooded them with electricity, taking care to keep the current from flowing into Kraken. The beast smoked and sparked, but as long as it kept eating it kept healing. Twiggawatt thundered past them, with Carrie squawking on his back, Ghi-Darah flew over head.
Apocalypse’s champion barely looked at them as it sent out more tentacles to stop them. The three monsters were brought to the ground, and despite their struggles were slowly dragged towards the monster’s gaping maw. With a flick of its tentacles it flipped Kronos and Kraken to the ground, and pulled them towards its mouth with the rest. The group struggled and screamed, but it was in vain, the creature was too strong.
Twiggawatt was the first one to reach the creature, and he frantically braced himself against the creatures jaw. “Help me!” he cried, “I cannot hold it!”
Suddenly a voice that sounded like a chorus of thousands came from the sky, [I am here child!] and Mothra burst from the clouds and soared towards the struggle.

Hello watchers! It's finally here. After a lot of conflict with other stuff, mainly the writer dealing with college entry business, it's finally finished! This picture was a lot of fun, its not often I do a fully backgrounded picture, and i liked the challenge of dealing with multiple subjects. I like the result, and I hope you all do as well!
And yes, Mothra is finally going to do something!!!

Gosh, this chapter was FAR more intense than the others. I was honestly afraid one of these guys would get swallowed up by that horrendous thing before long. It's a good thing Mothra decided to show up when she did. She always had the most convenient timing.
