KWR Extra: Good Morning, Beautiful!

Ace Pilot Toyozo Shoji greets his mecha, Shogun. When not in use, the Sol Alliance's mecha are kept in large hangars where they are repaired, have ammunition restocked, and their mana cells fully recharged. Here, an engineer gives one final examination before giving it the green light for launch, using a hovercraft to survey the immense mecha from all angles. Shogun is a G-Gunner class, meaning she is heavily armored and able to take a beating. The "G" stands for Gigantis, referencing a monster of Earth legend said to be strong enough to shape the Earth itself.
